These stools fit well in my traditional kitchen. They are very sturdy. My old stools had a square seat, and it took a little time to get used to the rectangular shape. They are very easy to wipe down, assembly was not a problem, and they are good looking with any decor. Delivery time was excellent.

The stools were well made, sturdy, great lacquer paint job just like nice modern cabinetry...BUT....three out of four had cracks in the stool seat. I'm wondering if perhaps a bad batch or mishandled in varying temperatures or something unusual because otherwise they were quite nice. We went with different white cottag-y white stools, also from amazon.
