   Table was beautiful and easy to assemble, but one of the bolts was defective, making it difficult to assemble. Thankfully, I had access to metalworking tools and could fix it, but a layman would have found it impossible.

   Note that I elsewhere gave Wayfair 5 stars for their handling of my case.Having set that preface, I feel the strong need to urge others not to purchase this desk. It's a gorgeous piece of modern design, and photographs wonderfully, but its cheap construction ruins what could have been an excellent execution.By cheap construction, I mean that the glass is extremely thin (so thin that my desk arrived with some glass pieces completely shattered), and flimsy.The legs are not a heavy-gauge brushed aluminum, as they appear in photos. In reality, they are a flimsy, very thin alloy with a "brushed aluminum" sprayed-on texture that looks cheap.When attached, the legs to not fit "straight and true" into their mounts (they screw in at a slight angle, probably because of the cheap hardware). I don't imagine this thing would be easy to level and line up straight with each other, based on the intact pieces I received.It's not that I don't think the product is as beautiful in person as in pictures - it definitely LOOKS nice. But it's not "solid", as you would want a $300+ work desk to be. I would value this particular 3-piece desk at no more than $100-150.So don't buy it... I promise you'll be disappointed.Having said that, you should not hesitate to buy from Wayfair.
