They say that it is very difficult to satisfy man's desires. This seems to be proved just right when we see the number of people going under the knife wanting to look more beautiful! There have been innumerable cases where people opt for cosmetic surgeries and wonder why on Earth they did so!

Plastic surgery, no doubt makes you look good, but there are many who face the repercussions very soon. Prominent celebrities are proof to the goof ups that the plastic surgeons could do and leave us totally embarrassed. Breast enhancement, lips enhancement, face lift, the list of cosmetic surgeries is huge.

Nothing can defy nature. That is what most of the people who undergo surgery realize very soon. Many a times the smallest of errors during the surgery will pave way to another! So what started off as a small procedure may burn your pockets leaving you feeling miserable.

Many people are so eager to get that new look. They are too impatient to find the right surgeon and in their eagerness, they tend to make a perfectly wrong choice. The surgeon may be too inexperienced and do a shabby job on you. What could be even worse is that they could be using the wrong techniques for the surgery. There are multiple solutions to the same problem and the surgeon has to know which solution would work best for you. If the surgeon himself lacks this judgment, God save you!

If you have seen cases of successful surgeries, just ask yourself if you have gone to visit them a couple of years later. In many cases, people start ageing much faster only in places where the surgery has been done. While the person may be only 30 years old, only a certain part of the body may look 10 years older. There have also been cases where the effect of surgery has faded away in a matter of years. You are back to what you were before a surgery. The only proof that you looked different for a while could be the photos you've had of them!

There have been many photos of celebrities doing the rounds on the net showing the before and after effect of surgery. They are proof enough to show that when you subject yourself to a plastic surgery, you are doing it at your own risk. Surgeons are not always perfect, they too are human. This does not mean that you should avoid the plastic surgery, but you have to make sure you are in safe hands. Do the initial analysis of whether you really need a surgery and who would be close to perfect to do the surgery and finally, pray for a surprise, but know that there could also be a shock.
